Weighing a negligible 2lbs 1oz (hey that's LESS than a kilo!), this bag is perfect for backcountry touring and moving fast. Unlike many other The North Face Flight Series sleeping bags, the Kilo has a roomier shape with more generous space for the shoulders and chest. A vaulted footbox is spacious and extra warm for your feet and toes. The bag's 30D nylon ripstop shell is treated with durable water repellent to combat moisture. Down to 30!
I just got back from a trip to OBX. It got quite cold at night (being the middle of March and all), and the Kilo bag kept me quite snug and warm! I really liked the vaulted footbox!
