The Liionpack's lithium ion battery lasts longer than other heaters and provides an unlimited number of heat adjustments. The Liionpack attaches to the back of your boot with either the Powerstrap Mounting Adaptors or with Ski Boot Cuff Mounting Adaptors (Adaptors sold separately). The wireless Liion Remote hangs around your neck and controls the heaters in your boots. You won't even want to take your boots off when you stop for lunch. If your boot comes pre-wired with a Therm-ic footbed, simply plug it in, and you're ready to go. If it doesn't, you'll need to pick up a pair of Thermicsole heated insoles, which replace your factory footbeds; or buy the Therm-ic heating element, which converts your custom footbed to a Therm-ic insole. Charge the battery packs overnight with the included Smart Charger with overcharge protection.
