A light weight portable electric blanket.
I had initially purchased this jacket to use as part of a layering system, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was warmer then I expected. The hook and loop closure cuffs and internal hem draw cord really lock in the warmth. I work in downtown Chicago near the lakefront and have worn this jacket for short trips when the temperature was 23 degrees plus wind chill and was very comfortable. Definitely one of my better purchases!
