Rossignol Powder Bird Telemark Ski
Good for all around skiing.
This ski was fine, but I wasn't super impressed. It was a bit soft to have great edge hold, and it chattered on the groomers. In the powder it skied well, but by no means is it a good powder ski. If your looking for a ski that does a little bit of everything I think you'd like these boards. Skis well with a T2, and light binding
very happy with this ski
I took these on a day that was all groomers, they held a great edge through all the carving with my T-race boot. Usually I would like a long ski, like a 182, I took these out in a 176 and ruled the bumps. Super snappy ski and I would definitely take these to the backcountry. they work great for busting the crude and the end has quite a raise so its pretty much a twin. They don't chatter at all, the hold super well at high speeds. Great if you don't want a massive underfoot!
Nice backcountry ski
I took these out for 2 days, one resort and one backcountry. I am not much into to tele skiing in the resort, but they were pretty good. The next day I hiked and was blessed with a rare (this year) deep Wasatch day. I thought they were great. At least for me (140 pounds on a 176cm) I thought they floated pretty good. They are also quite light. If you have ever picked up the Sick Birds, these are Not like those, they are very light compared to a comparable width ski.
