Everyone needs one of these jackets!
I've had this jacket for a year, and I can't believe how much I have used it. It is so lightweight and packs up so tiny that I take it with me almost everywhere. I carry it with me when running if there's a chance of rain. I take it on hikes in case it gets windy, chilly, or I just need an extra layer. It blocks moderate wind, light rain, and adds a little warmth when needed. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's kind of expensive for such a lightweight jacket.


Houdini Full-Zip women's jacket
I was looking for an ultra light wind and rain jacket--something that would hold up in a typical sierra summer shower. As luck would have it, we had no rain but a fair amount of windy evenings. The jacket did cut the wind and I felt warmer by using it. For being as light as it is, I love it already and plan to use it repeatedly. A word of caution: you must handle the gear very gingerly as it is extremely light weight material, as with all ultralight gear.
