Outdoor Research Flex-Tex Gaiter
Not too shabby
Used Flex-Tex gaiters in a 50 mile trail run. I put duct tape around the cord that goes under the shoe. They held up quite well! Without the duct tape the cord would have surely broke. They kept out all of the big debris but the fine dirt/dust still gets in either through top of shoe near toes or through the top. Would recommend, but I think I'll try "dirty girl gaiters" for my next ultra trail run. Saw quite a few people wearing them during the race.
