Pounder Plus - So Far So Good!
Have used the Pounder Plus only a few nights thus far; all were in the North Cascade Mtns of Washington and fairly mild (above freezing, maybe down to 35-40F.) So far I am happy with it although I haven't used it in any cold weather yet. The bag came in right on spec at 2 pounds 2 ounces (to Marmot's credit.) I wanted Primaloft because of its superior performance when wet and its casual care requirements. I did a fairly extensive market analysis when I selected this bag and I think I made a good choice.
Marmot Did the Job
Just back from 10-day trip in Sierra with new Marmot Pounder-Plus. Frost most nights, low perhaps 25. Very comfortable. Light weight, compact when in stuff bag. Wish I'd stopped to think & gotten the right-hand zip [important-consider which way is best for you!], but that's my fault, not the bag's!

I needed a 25F synthetic that I could add a liner for flexibility. It works for me and I am better prepared for wet and cold weather.
