yikes, shoulder straps too close!
i had to send this one back because the shoulder straps, where they attach to the pack, are so close together, they pinch your neck! i had several people of different sizes try it on, and everyone felt like they were about to be strangled. otherwise, it was a beautiful-looking pack and had the necessary torso adjustment, but i don't see how anyone could wear this pack.
