This four-compartment pack has a detachable lid that converts to a backpack for day trips from the base camp. Compression straps keep the load against your back and over your center of gravity. great for mountain hikes
this 4lb bag is barely noticeable on your back. its super thin sailcloth makes you wish it came with raincover because it isnt waterproof. i got it for backpacking across europe this winter but returned it because it was too much for the mountaineering aspect. the daypack is pretty small and is more like a purse than a backpack. would recommend for the price. very slick looking
