What kind of sizes Isis?
I had great expectations about the Isis ski pants. A brand designed with women’s shape in mind! My usual ski pants size is a 10 reg. or 12 petit. After having to return both those sizes, because their were too small, I ordered a size 14! No luck, there was no way I could zip it up, much less fit another layer underneath! So what is the deal? Is Isis only for the waif thin 20-30 year olds? I love the brand's designs and colors in all their outdoor/ski clothing. I just wish they could make something that fits a 12 petit or 10 regular!
perfect pant
I love my lucy softshell pants. They are perfect for snowshoeing and spring skiing. The material is the perfect barrier for the wind and light enough that I don't feel overdressed.
Isis Pants
I am very happy w/ the Isis pants. Despite some of the other reviews, I feel they are dead on for size, but they are a slimmer fitting pant and not meant to be worn loose or baggy. They were also warmer than I expected, which left me pleasantly surprised. Looks great with softshell jackets for a sleek look.

This winter sport pant is very light, windproof, and breathable. I found the size to be ever-so-slightly on the small side, which is contrary to one previous review. Perfect for warmer ski days or cold weather snowshoeing.

Because they are not really "low rise" as described, I needed to re-order one size up. The petite length is great. These are very comfortable and functional and I'm sure I'll have them for a long time.
