!!! UPDATE !!!
Tahoe was GREAT except for the holiday KOOKS. The boots are very responsive to the skis edge, all energy is transmitted. The only complaint is THEY LEAK! If you like the pow like I do, wear bags over your feet! The front toe overlap doesn't seal very well, so I had wet feet after about 1/4 way through every day. If you stay on the groomed, this boot rocks. If you hit POW, look elsewhere. So because I like the backcountry fluffy stuff, this boot is a thumbs down!!! My search continues...

I have wide feet so for me finder a comfortable boot is next to impossible and then I found the Head Edge 10.8. This boot is super comfortable and I have never had a boot like this it is a great all-mountain boot as well. It has the right amount of flex and stiffness. Not to mention Head has one of the best heat fit liners out there.


10.8 Boots
Comfort out of the box was MONEY! I have a semi wide foot with a high instep and a narrow heel. My only concern is pack-out. Every boot I tried had more hot spots than not. I will be going to Tahoe @ the end of Dec., so I will let you all know more when I get back.
