The Black Diamond Momentum AL harness has been updated for 2005. Black Diamond outfits the Momentum AL with their new bullhorn-shaped waistbelt, which distributes weight more evenly, making your climbing experience more comfortable. Adjustable leg loops offer more versatility for those who wish to climb in all four seasons. 7mm of closed-cell foam makes the Bullhorn waistbelt ultimately comfortable. The harness itself has lost weight due to streamlined gear loops and buckles. The interior surfaces of the waistbelt are lined with 3-D mesh lining to allow maximum breathability. Adjust the leg loops to fit over climbing shorts or insulated suits to use the Momentum AL as a year ‘round harness.

The only harness i'd wear...
I have used Black Diamond products for a long time now and I have to say the Momentum AL is one of the most comfortable harnesses amongst all the black diamond harnesses. Its adjustable leg loops make it tight and comfy and the gear loops don't drag you down on sport routes. Thumbs up on the Momentum AL.
Great Harness
This is a great harness for beginners who don't want to spend a lot. It is very comfortable, more so than some expensive ones.
Great Adjustable Harness
This is a good harness. If you plan on taking other people climbing who don't have their own harness, this is a good one to get. Just be sure to get the size that will fit most of your friends. It is easily adjustable and you get the quality of Black Diamond.
Momentum AL Climbing Harness
I purchased this to anchor myself to the trees in my backyard while I'm trimming them. It is a very comfortable harness. I particularly like the extra tool loops on the sides for extra carabiners.
Great all-around harness
I bought one of these a year ago and work at a tower so I end up wearing it all day and it's still comfortable. And it adjusts to fit over any kind of clothes you have to wear.
