Polartec Classic Micro
This is a thin fleece cut typically Arc'teryx. I use this around the house, or for a hike above 45F. Layers under my softshell as well. Fits a baselayer underneath. Nice, light fleece in the Arc'teryx line.
Multi-purpose winner
I love the Delta Jersey. This stylish pullover with a high warmth to weight ratio functions well as a stand-alone sweater for casual wear or a perfect under-layer for snow sports. My only complaint is they seem to be in limited supply. I tried to buy another one in a different color and was unable to find one in my size.

I wear it everyday! I think I am going to have to order another. It is perfect for what I use it for a mid layer. If it is warmer I wear it by itself.
Comfy but not for the cold
I bought this jersey to use it as second layer under a shell jacket. It is very comfy as long as weather is not too cold. The quality is as usual superb, and for people wanting a light jersey for temperatures above 20F, that at the same time looks smart, this is a good choice.
The Perfect Weight
I'm usually warm and so many tops are just too hot for me. This one is perfect, it’s not too hot and not too cold. It has immediately become my favorite. I'm going to order another one so my wife doesn't have to look at the same color every day.
